Literally, a rubbish idea, this campaign ran in the early 90’s. Schlitz beer had only ever been brewed in the States and this was our way of showing its genuine American authenticity. The campaign won a skip load of international awards and more importantly helped the brand get unprecedented listings throughout the UK. Best of all, we got to hang out in California with all sorts of weirdly cool people and get royally inebriated with LA resident, Johnny Rotten.
